Guys don’t do weight watchers. I’ve heard this a lot. Heck, I didn’t want to do it initially. My wife did, so I figured I would give it a shot. Since starting WW I have lost 25 lbs. I feel great! I’ve regained my confidence and am performing better in every  aspect of life. I’ve started this blog for a few reasons.

-debunk the myth that guys don’t care about fitness/healthy living. Honestly, I don’t care as much about the number on the scale as much as I care about how I look in the mirror.

– WW is a good program but, they really struggle marketing to guys. Want proof? Oprah just teamed up with Weight Watchers.

– Help other guys be successful on WW. Most of the recipes I see are geared toward women, low points and kale chips. Most of the men I know have 20 – 30 points more than their female counter part.  I want this to be a resource for those with a higher point count. Guys need to know they can have their beer, pizza, pasta, wings, hamburger and still lose weight .
